Cars commenced trading in 1992 with a fleet of 10 cars and a group of
drivers dedicated to provide the best customer service possible. Since
then we have achieved steady growth year on year and now operate a
total of 72 vehicles.
We are dedicated to provide a service to our customers that is second to none.
To
achieve this we have invested in a computerised booking system
which transmits booking data direct to a screen in the car and the
system constantly monitors progress of all bookings. The system enables us to send booking data directly
to the drivers PDA phone even when not in the car.
We have also introduced our Text-a-Taxi service, you text your booking and we text you back with confirmation, when your taxi arrives the driver sends you a text to confirm he is waiting for you.
All of
our booking staff are highly trained and all have instant access to
electronic maps so that even obscure locations can be quickly identified.
Our fleet of cars are of the highest quality with a large proportion adapted for our customers with disabilities
